The announcement of the VAT increase by the government of Mariano Rajoy has triggered an avalanche of reactions by associations and unions.

The VAT increase in the activity of hairdressing, which was (8%) will now be (21%), this will cause the loss of more than 10,000 jobs and the closure of 3,000 small businesses during the first year of implementation of the measure, according to warnings from three employers in the sector in a joint statement.
